JOINT RELIEF BALM

Joint relief balm contains essential oils known to reduce pain and inflammation, and is used for temporary relief of aches and pains associated with arthritis, rheumatism and lower back pain. Nine effective essential oils and extracts work together to give natural joint relief. One of those essential oils is the little know Plai essential oil, used in traditional Thai massage to help relieve joint and muscle pain.

To Use: Massage into areas that are painful and causing discomfort to bring fast temporary relief.   Do not apply to broken skin.

Key ingredients:

Plai Ginger Root Oil (Zingiber Cassumunar)

Plai is a relative of Ginger, but has a milder odour. Plai has potent characteristics and is an excellent oil for tired and sore muscles. It's pain relieving properties are exceptional.

Plai has analgesic and anti inflammatory properties which help offer relief from aches and pains.

This makes Plai and ideal oil to use for muscle aches and pains, inflammation, joint problems, muscle spasms and sprains and strains.

Cajeputb (Melaleuca Leucadendron Cajuputi) Oil

Cajeput essential oil is a known counter counter irritant, that is, it is applied externally to the skin where it produces a mild inflammation to the skin. The stimulation of the sensory organs of the skin helps reduce the awareness of pain from other areas such as the muscles, joints and ligaments below. There is a long history of cajeput being used to help reduce pain and inflammation as well as in inhalants and decongestants.

Hypericum Perforatum (St Johns Wort) Oil

The antioxidants and interleukins in St Johns Wort decrease inflammation, making it a good choice for those suffering from aches and pains and well as skin conditions that cause inflammation.

St Johns Wort helps reduce the appearance of scars when used topically and also helps to sooth sensitive skin.

Topical application of St Johns Wort has been shown to hydrate skin with it's natural oils.
