MY BLEND – AROMATHERAPY OIL FOR HAPPINESS & WELLBEING
During Covid19 lockdown Hayley was studying with Aromaflex Academy for her certificate in Aroma science. It was at that time at about week 4 that she really felt down – anxious – and slightly depressed with it all. As she was studying and being mum at home with 3 kids Hayley really needed to be on top of her game, but was struggling.
Out of desperation Hayley started researching ALL anti depressant essential oils – referencing study’s to back the claims and piecing together a blend that was very effective….she created her own blend for happiness! So it is now aptly named ‘My Blend’.
It smells happy – uplifting – bright, but with soulful undertones. It really is a unique smelling blend.
Essential oils enter your body for emotional needs fastest by inhalation – that is why when you use this oil, you apply it to your skin in areas that you will smell. And make sure to take long slow inhalations of the aroma from your skin or straight from the bottle!
Do not use: On blood thinning medication- and check oils against any anti-depressant and contraceptive pills (grapefruit oil). Do not use if pregnant, under 10yrs, or using homeopathic remedies. A couple of oils are phototoxic so do not sunbathe straight after using oil. Cover with sunblock.
To Use: Apply to your wrists – chest – temples. Use in the bath or as your new perfume / body moisturising oil or massage oil. -skin patch test first if you have sensitive skin.
Do not use this pre blended oil in your oil burner – it is not a straight essential oil mix.
There is no one quick fix for a happy life – and hey that’s not what is being promised here. There are many facets of your life that need to be focused on to bring about change in mindset and circumstance.

Petitgrain / (Citrus aurantium var amara) essential oil

Ylang Ylang / (Cananga odorata) essential oil
Basil / (Ocimum basilicum) essential oil
